Seminar tickets may only be refunded up until seven (7) calendar days prior to the event.


Should you wish to simply exchange for some reason, please download the Exchange and Refund Form and complete the details, print a copy and follow the return instructions.


Should you wish to have to have a full refund, please return the item/s in their original condition together with your tax invoice.

 Please note: For both exchanges and refunds, the cost of return postage back to PDF is the responsibility of the customer. However, all exchanges returned to you will be free of delivery charges.

Post your product back by registered mail to the address below.

  • The cost of postage and registered mail is the responsibility of the customer.
  • No responsibility is accepted for returned items that do not arrive at our postal address. For this reason we recommend that all items posted are registered.
  • Enclose the original tax invoice and the Online Exchange and Refund form and your product will be exchanged, or if you prefer, a full refund will be processed.
  • Please ensure the product is in a new condition and has the original packaging still attached.

PDF’s goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If PDF breaches a consumer guarantee you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Only if there is a major failure in the goods or services are you entitled to any other compensation and then only for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.


Via this website, PDF promotes and sells goods and services. The terms and conditions of sale applicable to these items are detailed below.

PDF operates from Sydney, New South Wales Australia which has a time zone of GMT+11hrs ESST.

All transactions that occur on the PDF website are undertaken in accordance with the laws of, and within the jurisdiction of, New South Wales, Australia.

All prices advertised on the PDF website are in Australian Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Transactions that involve event ticketing and subscription services are undertaken via a third party event planning organisation and payment gateway. PDF does not warrant the performance of any third party systems or processes.

Cooling off periods are not applicable to any product or service sold on the PDF website however ticketed events may be refunded no later than seven (7) days prior to the event after which no refund is applicable.

Once a transaction, other than a subscription, is completed on the PDF website, there are no ongoing fees or charges applicable.
